The Australian Academy of Sciences, in partnership with the Breakthrough Prize Foundation, is implementing the next round of support for Ukrainian researchers affected by the war with Russia. Assistance includes two areas, each of which contributes to the provision of practical support, which allows Ukrainian scientists to continue their scientific and technical activities:
- Support for short-term visits to Australia to participate in project studies, conferences and research visiting programs. It is assumed that visits to participate in research projects will last from 4 to 12 weeks and are designed for one person only. Visits to participate in conferences should include visits to the institutions of the scientific and technical base with a duration of 1 to 3 weeks, to participate in research or training activities and designed for one or more people.
The application deadline is September 4, 2023 (until 23:00);
2. Providing Ukrainian scientists with access to Australia’s leading infrastructural capabilities.
