On May 22-24, 2024, with the support of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the 25th anniversary international scientific and practical online conference “Renewable energy and energy efficiency in the 21st century” will be held in Kyiv. Among the organizers of the event are the Institute of Renewable Energy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the Institute of General Energy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the Institute of Technical Thermophysics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the Ukrainian National Committee for Heat and Mass Transfer, the National Center “Small Academy of Sciences of Ukraine”.
The purpose of the conference is to discuss the problems and prospects for the development of the use of renewable energy sources, electricity and bioenergy resources, earth’s heat and heat supply to the country through solar, wind, hydropower resources, as well as the implementation of energy saving and energy efficiency measures.
