The Ukrainian company Kormotech, which produces pet products, has launched its internal fund – Kormotech Venture. Ukrainian Forbes reports this.
- The fund will invest in startups and companies operating in the pet care and pet nutrition industry.
- It is indicated that the fund plans to invest in the pre-seed and seed stages, with checks from $20,000 to $100,000.
- If the startup develops within the specified KPIs, Kormotech Venture is ready to invest large sums.
- The fund’s first investment is the Lithuanian project Roketo, which produces organic feed.
- There is no plan for the number of investments; the fund will invest in potentially interesting projects. In 2024, we are ready to invest up to $300,000 in several startups.

Co-founder and head of Kormotech is Rostislav Vovk. He is also involved in angel investing. The fund will operate separately from it. Kormotech Venture will be led by Yaroslav Khromyak; at Kormotech he works with the American market.
