Purpose. The oil and gas water separator (OGVRS) is a modular oil treatment unit that structurally combines electric dehydrators with oil heating and separation units.
Application area. Oil and gas industry.
Advantages. The oil and gas water separator is multifunctional and versatile, has high predictable separation efficiency in a wide range of changes in productivity, pressure, temperature and degree of reducibility of the oil-water emulsion. The approximate payback period for new separators and electric dehydrators is up to 3 years, and in the case of modernization of existing separation equipment – up to 1.5 years.
Description. NGVRP is a block horizontal three-phase separator with a built-in direct heating pipe heater for heating and degassing crude oil, additionally equipped with electrostatic coalescence sections, louvered nozzle packages, a mesh baffle and a splash water separator. When operating the apparatus, only associated petroleum gas, released in the apparatus during oil degassing, is used as fuel gas.
