Fozzy Group together with the Ukrainian Startup Fund are opening a set of teams to participate in the Fozzy Group Acceleration Program!
Depending on the current state of the startup and the needs of the founders, an individual acceleration plan will be developed, including:

Improving the Guest experience in the offline store, online and omnichannel experience
- The guest journey – from planning a purchase to responding after visiting the store;
- Tools to improve the guest experience, including personalized communications, personalized messages and offers;
- Tools that provide personalized recommendations to consumers, helping to increase cart value;
- Technologies that expand self-service and other fully automated or hybrid solutions;
- Internet sales using audio, video, co-viewing technology, etc.;
- Solutions that use gamification and training to make it easier for Guests to use technology in stores;
- Solutions to help determine guest satisfaction levels.
Improving the efficiency of internal processes
- Supply chain optimization: space, loading, routes, pallets, driver management and autonomous delivery vehicles, including trucks and drones;
- Optimization of the sales process with inventory monitoring and prevention of losses due to expiration;
- Work of all operations, from fulfillment and logistics, to store operations and guest services;
- Technologies to further automate store operations: storage, checkout, hybrid stores and unmanned solutions
- Solutions to improve the efficiency of online trading, delivery and ordering;
- Improving the efficiency of store personnel in various functions, from product handling to managing people and equipment;
- Solution to improve storage efficiency;
- Increasing the efficiency of hiring and training personnel, working with documents and money.

- Large-scale testing. Check your solution on the Silpo network. You can use the test results as a case study.

- Publicity. Increase your brand awareness and build trust by working hand in hand with one of the most famous names in Ukraine
- Assistance in preparing to attract financing. Experts will help prepare materials to attract financing in the next rounds
TIMELINE:
Acceptance of applications: 04/26/24 – 05/19/24
Compliance and selection of finalists: 05/20/24 – 06/02/24
Participation in Pitch Day – date and format will be notified separately to participants who apply and pass internal screening.
Invitation to the acceleration program – program start June-July 2024, duration – 3 months.
Final Demo Day and presentation of results – end of September 2024
