- when preparing soy suspension – to increase the marketability of whole milk by replacing it with soy milk during feeding young animals, to reduce the duration of the fattening period of animals; to increase the consumption of dry feed mixtures (compound feed) by animals;
- when preparing liquid feed mixtures – to save grain crops, to reduce the duration of the fattening period of animals, to replace several units: GKU, mixer, VET, feed steamer, to save energy;
- when heating water – to abandon traditional heating elements (TENs), which eliminates scale formation and increases the service life of the equipment, to reduce the time spent on heating water; to save energy
Description. The unit can be used in the following areas:
- Preparation of soybean suspension (milk) is performed cyclically (the preparation cycle lasts approximately 60 minutes). The essence of the technology implemented by the unit is grinding soybeans in a liquid medium with simultaneous intensive mixing and heating of the product due to friction forces to a temperature of 105-110 ° C.
- Preparation of liquid feed mixtures – TGA allows grinding grain crops in a liquid medium with simultaneous mixing and heating of the mixture to the required temperature (50-60 ° C). Feed preparation is performed cyclically (20-25 minutes) with a water to dry grain mass ratio of 3:1. It is possible to prepare liquid feed from grain mixtures (wheat, barley, peas, corn, etc.) with the addition of molasses and various impurities.
- Water heating – the advantage of TGA when used for this purpose is the absence of heating elements (TENs)
