As part of the implementation of the joint project “Construction of the Ukrainian-Belarussian segment of the information technology platform for the technology transfer for collective use on the basis of automated systems for the formation of the UkrISTEI and RCTT resources” (Agreement No. M / 192-2017 from September 26, 2017) in the period from 14 to 17 November 2017 delegation of the Ukrainian Institute of Scientific and Technical Expertise and Information, as part of the acting director Volodymyr Kamyshyn, Head of the formation of innovative resources and technology transfer sector Olena Mikhalchenkova and Senior Researcher of the formation of innovative resources and technology transfer sector Iryna Balanchuk, visited the Republican Centre for Technology Transfer (RCTT), Minsk, Republic of Belarus.
From the Republic of Belarus the meeting was attended by director of the Centre for System Analysis and Strategic Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Valery Goncharov, director of the Republican Centre for Technology Transfer Alexander Uspenskiy and head of the Marketing Department of the Republican Centre for Technology Transfer Vitaliy Kuzmin. The purpose of the visit is to develop recommendations and create tools aimed at strengthening international cooperation on the development of a unified Automated Information Support System for technology transfer, promotion of commercialization of projects through the networks of UkrISTEI, RCTT and foreign technology transfer networks, search of sources for project financing, project expertise, technology commercialization, search domestic and foreign, first of all, European partners and participation in business- and technological cooperation on the European arena.
During the visit, the Ukrainian delegation took part:
– in the “round table”, where a working version of the joint Ukrainian-Belarusian information resource of the Interstate Information and Technology Platform for the technology transfer of collective use was presented and a technology for creating a network system of information provision of technology transfer based on the information resources of RCTT and UkrINTEI was developed; Internet service address – http://technology.ukrintei.ua/;
– in the work of the XVI International Conference “Development of Informatization and the State System of Scientific and Technical Information” (RINTI-2017), where the greetings came from acting director of UkrISTEI Volodymyr Kamyshyn (report of delegates on “Ways to increase the efficiency of work of interstate network groups in the implementation of innovation projects” is presented in the Materials of the conference on November 16, 2017);
– representatives of the Ukrainian delegation were acquainted with the actual achievements of the scientific and technical thought of the Republic of Belarus at the exhibition of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus “Achievements of domestic science – production”.
Within the framework of the official meeting, the Agreement on cooperation in the field of technology transfer between RCTT and UkrISTEI was signed. The agreement, in particular, provides for the development and improvement of infrastructure and legislation in the field of technology transfer; creation and maintenance of information databases serving clients of technological transfer of both countries; assist members and network partners in promoting innovative projects / technologies; promotion of international scientific and technical cooperation in the innovation sphere.
