As part of the implementation of the joint project “Construction of the Ukrainian-Belarussian segment of the information technology platform for the technology transfer for collective use on the basis of automated systems for the formation of the UkrISTEI and RCTT resources” in the period from 12 to 16 November 2017 delegation of the Ukrainian Institute of Scientific and Technical Expertise and Information, as part of the acting director Volodymyr Kamyshyn, advicer of the acting director Olexy Vertyy and the Head of the formation of innovative resources and technology transfer sector Olena Mikhalchenkova, visited the Republican Centre for Technology Transfer (RCTT), Minsk, Republic of Belarus.
From the Republic of Belarus the meeting was attended by director of the Centre for System Analysis and Strategic Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Valery Goncharov, director of the Republican Centre for Technology Transfer Alexander Uspenskiy and head of the Marketing Department of the Republican Centre for Technology Transfer Vitaliy Kuzmin. The purpose of the visit is to determine the degree of involvement of Belarusian developers in the scientific and technological sphere of Ukraine, as well as Ukrainian developers in the scientific and technological sphere of the Republic of Belarus; improving the mechanism for the exchange of scientific and technical information between Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus; coordination of working moments in the process of exchange of scientific and technical information (frequency of exchange, areas of interest of interest).
The meeting participants determined that they were able to achieve sustainable and reliable results on the quality of the exchange of scientific and technical information between UkrISTEI and RCTT, as well as on extending cooperation between UkrISTEI and RCTT and improving the Ukrainian-Belarusian segment, as well as regulating the work within it. The results of this meeting are recommended to be used in further work, which determines the interaction of UkrISTEI with other states on the basis of an information technology platform for technology transfer of collective use in the form of creating segments.
