We invite you to take part in a scientific-practical seminar “Developing a business plan for the commercialization of intellectual property rights. Interaction with potential investors”, which will take place in UkrISTEI on December 3, 2019 at 10.00 at the address: 180, Antonovycha Str., (Libidska subway station), Kyiv.
Representatives of higher education institutions and scientific institutions, industry institutes, postgraduate education institutes, scientists, inventors, patent attorneys, graduate students, students, all interested persons are invited to the seminar.
Seminar Scientific Leader: Batenko Lyudmila Pavlivna – Candidate of Economic Sciences, Professor, Department of Management, KNEU, Leading Specialist in Project Management, Master of Business Education (University of Economics and Law Aix, France), Certified Quality Manager of German and European Associations quality, certified trainer of the German organization REFA. He holds a diploma from the European Foundation for Management Development, has received training and training at Controller Akademie (Germany), London Business School (UK), Kellogg School of Management (USA), The Management School of Lancaster University (UK), REFA (Germany). Director of the Productivity Center of the International Business Institute (Ukraine), Head of Programs and Corporate Training in Production Management (Cost Management, Organization and Rationing, Personnel Optimization, Project Management).
Issues to be considered during the workshop:
- the nature and purpose of the business plan;
- factors that determine the structure and content of the business plan;
- business plan structure;
- basic marketing aspects of a business plan;
- substantiation of the organizational component of the business plan;
- conducting financial analysis and risks of the investment project in the context of business planning.
Teaching methods: mini-lectures, discussions, practical sessions on the development of the main components of a business plan on a real-life example.
FORM AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
Full-time participation: organizational contribution – 500 UAH (to be paid into the account of UkrISTEI or in cash at the Institute’s cash desk) – includes: participation in the seminar, participant’s certificate.
Extramural participation: the cost of participation in absentia – 450 UAH (paid to the account of UkrISTEI) – includes: providing access to on-line broadcast of the seminar, certificate of the participant.
