PURPOSE:
For the processing of worn-out tires (including with cord), as well as rubber waste, into finely divided devulcanized rubber powder and crumb with a large specific surface area. Depending on the required performance, the line is equipped with a different number of modules of the same type.
DESCRIPTION:
In the line, effective grinding is carried out on a disperser-extruder based on the spring deformation method at a moderate temperature, followed by the isolation of metal or textile cord elements from the obtained powder. The dispersion of the resulting powder is 0.1-1.0 mm.
ADVANTAGES:
The resulting powder is 15-20 times cheaper than raw rubber. It can replace 20% of it for the production of tires and rubber products or 80% for the manufacture of consumer goods (soles, rugs, etc.) and non-essential products (substrates for rails, coatings for level crossings, livestock farms, etc.).
