PURPOSE:
Wireless Ukrainian radio broadcasting for every Ukrainian family.
DESCRIPTION:
Considering that the existing wire broadcasting network of Ukrainian radio in our state is morally outdated and 85 percent, or even more, does not function in settlements, it is proposed to replace it with an ultra-modern wireless one using specialized VHF radio receivers – a range for one fixed frequency. This will allow all citizens of Ukraine to have in every home, at every workplace, school office, student auditorium, etc. its own media of mass communication. With the help of it, people receive the latest news from Ukraine and the world, and also take part in various radio broadcasts. One of the main features of this receiving device is that it can serve as a means of receiving operational information – mass alert signals from the local authority about the occurrence or threat of an emergency. Thus, specialized radio receivers perform a double function – the first: creating a permanent information field between the authorities and the local population, and therefore all citizens of Ukraine, the second – in advance to receive voice messages from authorities, their structural unit on emergency situations and civil protection of the population about the emergence of a large-scale danger, for example, natural disasters, man-made disasters or epidemiological conditions in a region, region, city, etc. So, this modern wireless specialized radio receiver creates safe and comfortable living conditions for our compatriots in Ukraine – informing and warning the population about the danger in time. And this is the main task of any territorial authority.
