PURPOSE:
The device is designed to prepare new bearings as the final stage of de-preservation before direct installation into the product, to clean bearings from wear products generated during operation and at the stage of product repair (aircraft gas turbine engines, internal combustion engines, their transmissions, etc.).
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
After pre-operational preparation of ball bearings at the stand, the level of their vibration and noise decreases by 5 … 35%, the resource increases more than 2 times, 92% of repair bearings that are rejected for the defect “extraneous noise” are restored for further operation.
ADVANTAGES:
There are no analogues to the developed method of non-contact cleaning of non-separable ball bearings by combined pulsed magnetic-turbulent fields and stands for its implementation. Important indicators are the contactlessness of the cleaning process, the possibility of simultaneous cleaning of up to 100 pieces of bearings of various standard sizes, full visualization of the process of removing micro- and nanoparticles of ferromagnetic and other contamination.
