PURPOSE:
The auger digester is designed for anaerobic stabilization of sewage treatment plant sludge and liquid and semi-liquid organic agricultural waste to obtain high-quality organic fertilizers and combustible biogas.
DESCRIPTION:
The new design contains a horizontal cylindrical body, inside which a horizontal cylindrical shaft coaxial with the body is placed. The designs are equipped with a continuous auger blade rigidly connected to the inner shaft and horizontal cylindrical body. The body is placed on several roller supports and is equipped with a rotation mechanism with a motor and a gear drive, mechanisms for loading and unloading sludge, nipples for biogas extraction, flexible hoses for its removal, nozzles and flexible hoses for supplying substances to the digester section that can improve the process fermentation.
ADVANTAGES:
Compared with the known analogs, the digester design has the advantages of separating the various stages of the fermentation process from each other in space, which makes allowance for the kinetics of each stage, as well as compliance with the optimal values of temperature, pH and other parameters at each stage. This allows you to reduce the fermentation process from 15 to 3 days.
RECOMMENDED FIELD OF APPLICATION:
All enterprises of the sewerage system of Ukraine, where biological wastewater treatment is used, can be equipped with such pumps.
