PURPOSE:
The installation with a hydraulic impulse drive provides vibroshock filtration of wet dispersed materials, in particular wastes from various industries, as well as processed products, which allows the liquid phase of the material to be returned to nature without negative impact on it or to use this phase in production.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
-
- vibration amplitude of vibropress table – up to 4 mm,
- frequency – up to 150 Hz.
RECOMMENDED FIELD OF APPLICATION:
Application at domestic enterprises of the food and processing industry for filtering the liquid phase of wet dispersed waste for the purpose of its reuse in production or for safe return to nature.
ADVANTAGES:
Compared to streaming non-shock filtration using the same membrane, the productivity of the proposed method when filtering alcohol stillage, brewer’s grains and barley sludge is 25-44% higher. In addition, it remains stable, while during unstressed filtration, the productivity decreases by 1% every half hour.
DESCRIPTION:
The unit was created on the basis of a vibropress with a hydraulic impulse drive, model IMZGK-5. Also, for filtration, a tubular 39-channel cermet membrane of the “Tami” company with a length of 300 mm and a diameter of 25 mm is used. With the help of a vibrating press drive, shock waves are created in an environment of wet dispersed material that continuously flows through the membrane channels. Due to this, the productivity of the work process is significantly increased and stabilized over time.
