LOW PRESSURE THERMOSTATING SYSTEM OF THE ROCKET-ROCKET

The planned field of application and the specific place of application: Ground technological equipment of space rocket complexes, rocket and space technology, in particular – ground means of air temperature control. Place of application – Design Bureau “Yuzhnoye”, Dnipro.

Brief description, technical and economic parameters of advantages and positive qualities

The thermostatting system (ST) contains interconnected pretreatment unit (BPO), distribution chamber, 4-9 compression and dehumidification units (BKO), 4-9 units for fine-tuning and control of the parameters of the product air flow (BDKP) and four freon chillers. BPO serves the 1st chiller, each of the BPO is the 2nd and 3rd, each of the BPKP is the 4th chiller. Each BKO contains a coarse air filter installed in series, a screw non-lubricated air compressor (GBPK) with an aftercooler (KO) connected to the first moisture separators (BB), and a rotary adsorption air dryer (RAOP). RAOP contains a section for drying air (CO), a section for regenerating an adsorbent (CA) and a regenerative air cooler (RO) connected to the second BP. The purified air is compressed to 0.35-0.45 MPa, the main stream (70-80%) is cooled in KO HBPK. The air humidified after regeneration of the adsorbent (20-30%) is cooled in the RO RAOP. The released moisture is removed, which reduces the temperature of the dew point (tp) of the air to minus 10 ° C. The main and auxiliary streams are mixed and dried to tp = minus 30 ° C of CO RAOP. The dried air is cooled, expanded to 0.1-0.102 MPa, heated, cleaned and fed into the corresponding compartment of the launch vehicle. The air is cooled with a refrigerant that is cooled in chillers. If the outside air temperature deviates from the operating range of the GBPK, before being sucked into the CT, its temperature is brought to the acceptable level in the BPO.
