Brief description, technical and economic parameters of advantages and positive qualities.

A method for thermal calculation of condensation heating surfaces of boiler plants when burning water-fuel emulsions with a water content of 20-30% and wall temperatures below the dew point temperature of sulfuric acid and water vapors, nomograms for determining the thermal resistance of the pollution layer and heat transfer in the condensation heating surfaces of boilers have been developed. The developed recommendations for the design of boiler plants allow increasing the depth of utilization of waste gases up to 70% (instead of 45%), thereby increasing the efficiency of boilers up to 95% compared to 90%. The proposed circuit design solutions for the utilization circuits are adopted for use in the design of ship cogeneration plants operating on water-fuel emulsions. According to our calculations, the fuel economy is about 8% due to the more complete use of the heat of the exhaust gases (up to 95%).
