Description:

The developed vibration mill of angular vibrations due to the peripheral placement of the vibration source on opposed grinding chambers allows to reduce energy consumption during the start-up and operation of the experimental machine with stable quality indicators of the resulting product. The idea of ​​the development is to create a highly efficient continuous vibration mill for the implementation of the process of highly efficient grinding of bulk raw materials subject to its structural mechanical activation. This processing technology will make it possible to create a number of new products for the consumer, in particular: glauconite powder, the uniqueness of which lies in its use as a highly effective enterote immunosorbent, actively participating in the process of binding and excreting antibodies or antigens from the blood; highly active fortified powders for the preparation of premixes, characterized by a high degree of assimilation by the body of animals; organic-mineral fertilizer based on glauconite. This fertilizer will allow not only to provide the necessary nutrition for plants, increasing their productivity, but also to neutralize radiation pollution of fertile soil.\.
