Purpose:

For welding of units, implementation of repair electron-beam technologies of units of aircraft engines and gas turbines.

Advantages:

The installations have an in-chamber mobile electron-beam gun with degrees of freedom from 3 to 5 and positioning accuracy not less than 0.08 mm. The box-shaped structure of the walls and doors of the vacuum chamber provides twice the moment of inertia of the structure with the same thickness. Distributed computer systems are used for control.
