The conducted testing of the developed diagnostic and training devices of the Reflex-Txx series showed that the integrated use of industrial and developed devices as part of the training and analytical and advisory complex makes it possible not only to carry out diagnostics and increase the level of the profession through training on diagnostic and training devices. operators of control rooms and complex technical facilities, as well as simultaneously assess the physiological state of personnel – heart rate, pressure, adherence to the regimen and intensity of training. This approach will allow tracking changes not only in technical skills, but also in resistance to stress, the level at which trained personnel begin to experience overload, fatigue, etc. This will be useful when planning the schedule and duration of duty to prevent staff errors in the workplace.
