Brief description, advantages, further prospects for application.

The study is devoted to the creation of nanosystems based on optically controlled 3D arrays of hybridized quantum dots.

Abstract—Quantum dots modified by photosensitive organic molecules using self-organization methods have been studied.

A Lego-type design is being created, where combinations of molecules and quantum dots with desired photoresponses are selected, which will have a far-reaching impact on the development of a new computing paradigm that uses the electronic states of a quantum object to encode information, and the electronic interactions between them to process information.
