Based on the results of the work, the first drafts of the Technical Requirements for the interconnection and interaction of public telephone networks (with different technologies for processing, switching, signal transfer) and traffic routing in the public telephone network of Ukraine were developed to replace certain provisions of the current editions of these Technical Requirements. These first editions are presented in a separate document “Technical requirements for the interconnection and interaction of public telephone networks (with different technologies for processing, switching, signal transfer) and traffic routing in the public telephone network of Ukraine”. They meet the requirements of the current legislation and the recommendations of the International Telecommunication Union and take into account the needs of the participants in the telecommunications market.
