Brief description, advantages, further prospects for application.

The studies that were carried out made it possible to find out that the current state and form of conducting STRG on the Danube lakes is unsatisfactory and does not meet the requirements of regulatory documents. The main problem is the low fish productivity and the low proportion of artificially introduced fish species in the structure of commercial catches. In most lakes, fishing is based on the exploitation of natural aquatic biological resources. An important problem for STRG is the problem of fish protection on the canals that provide water exchange. This leads to the impossibility of intensifying the artificial stocking of water bodies due to the release of fish species into the Danube, which stock the lakes with fish.

The modern STRG regime actually assigns the right to use the WBR of natural reservoirs to one user without registration of the right to lease, determined in Kyiv by officials of the State Fisheries Agency. In the realities of the modern system of public administration in this area, such an approach does not ensure the rational use of the fish resources of the Danube lakes. Local communities and authorities are practically excluded from the problems of fishery use of water bodies. A possible form of use of such reservoirs could be the consolidation of the right to use the reservoir as an “industrial site” on the basis of a tender for the user of the “industrial site” for up to 25 years, which will significantly improve the investment attractiveness of fisheries on the Danube lakes.
