As a result of the work, a number of mathematical models and methods for the synthesis of ICT were proposed based on the mathematical apparatus of modern theories of modeling individual and combined types of non-factors. A number of methods for the practical application of the developed ICT decision support in solving practical problems of military-civilian purposes are proposed.
The results of the work can be applied in industry and IT sectors of the economy, where the task is to analyze data generated under conditions of various forms of uncertainty; selection of optimal solutions using methods of decision theory.
The results of scientific and technical development have been tested and implemented in the activities of: the state enterprise “Research and production complex of gas turbine construction” Zarya-Mashproekt “(Nikolaev); communal enterprise “Heat supply and water and sewerage” (Yuzhnoukrainsk); private enterprise “Metallurgy and mechanical engineering” (Dnipro); state enterprise “Bashtan forestry” (Bashtanka); Bashtansky RO GUNP in the Nikolaev region; private enterprise “Sensory Electronics” (Cherkassy); State Enterprise “Experimental Production of the Institute of Pulse Processes and Technologies of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine”.
