Brief description, advantages, further prospects for application.

The results are obtained in the form of scientifically substantiated and new types of equipment and technologies created by the authors for processing materials, complex surfaces and manipulating objects for various technological operations in mechanical engineering. The main way to improve and improve the quality of complex profiled internal surfaces is a comprehensive methodology for evaluating the force, kinematic, elastic properties of equipment, taking into account the plasticity of deformation centers and taking them into account in feedback with control workflows.

A sequence of technological and design actions has been developed, providing for a directed search for technological schemes that ensure the manufacture of internal profiles of tubular precision products of the required geometry according to production needs. An applied computer program “Profile Generator” (Profile Generator) suitable for engineering use has been developed, which allows you to calculate, check and display a visual image of the internal profile of a combined, complex geometry in a parametric form.
