The utility model relates to the food industry, in particular, obtaining sorption materials based on the rational use of secondary resources of the agro-industrial complex (waste from the processing of peas, sunflowers, grapes) and can be used to purify natural and wastewater from heavy metal ions. Biosorbents from recycled plant waste have a high sorption capacity, and also provide a reduction in the total duration of the sorbent production at a lower temperature.
