What additional actions need to be implemented: Refinement of an experimental sample of an autonomous fermenter, taking into account the results of testing conducted in 2020 in the Tsebrikov experimental biosector of the ITI “Biotekhnika” of the National Academy of Sciences.

Brief description, technical and economic parameters of advantages and positive qualities.

An experimental sample of an autonomous fermenter is a sterilizer fermenter that can be used for the production of microbiological preparations both separately and as part of thin-walled fermentation complexes KFM-420 and FU-500 as an inoculation fermenter. The total volume of the apparatus is 170 dm3, the working volume is 120 dm3. The apparatus is equipped with a water jacket with heating elements, a turbine agitator and a bubbler. The installed electrical power of the equipment is 12.5 kW. The operation of the device is carried out in automatic mode, which significantly reduces the proportion of manual labor. Specific energy consumption for the fermentation stage is 0.75 kWh/dm3 in the production of fungal microbiological preparations (Boverin BT) and 0.48 kWh/dm3 in the production of bacterial ones (Planriz BT), which is 1.2-1.5 times less from the use of standard microbiological shakers with the comparative quality of the obtained cultural liquids of biological preparations.
