Brief description, advantages, further prospects for application.
The characteristics of the complex action of a new treatment-and-prophylactic complex with the use of a new oral hygiene product on the clinical course of comorbid diseases against the background of the metabolic syndrome were determined. Methods for the topical application of new oral care products have been created to eliminate the pathogenic effects of the metabolic syndrome components on periodontal tissues, which make it possible to achieve an anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and regenerative effect in a short time. A treatment algorithm has been developed for patients with periodontal disorders, oral mucosa against the background of metabolic syndrome, which will allow the optimal implementation of a personalized rehabilitation strategy. The introduction of newly targeted therapeutic and preventive measures, as an accompaniment for patients with metabolic syndrome, will allow for the optimal timing of prevention and treatment of the first signs of changes with the withdrawal of risk factors, preventing complications, disability, reducing the time of medical and social rehabilitation and proves the corresponding social and advantage developments in the perspective of application.
