Trans-European Policy Studies Association (TEPSA) Offers Scholarship for Ukrainian Researchers

With the support of the EU Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV) program, the Trans-European Political Studies Association (TEPSA) offers a visiting scholarship for Ukrainian researchers directly or indirectly affected by Russia’s war of conquest against Ukraine.

Ukrainian researchers can receive a two-week scholarship in September 2023 (if necessary, a later period during the year can also be determined).

The aim of the TEPSA scholarship will enable Ukrainians to carry out EU-related research that will be relevant to national and EU policy. Topics range from Ukraine’s green reconstruction to EU accession and building a European security architecture.

The invited fellow will receive assistance in the amount of 1,500 euros to cover travel, living expenses and any unforeseen situations related to their stay in Brussels. In addition, TEPSA provides the fellow with office, research and administrative space. The aim is to provide privileged access to the political environment in Brussels and to maintain contacts with EU politicians. One of the desired outcomes of the position is the publication of a TEPSA brief report on research conducted while receiving the fellowship.

Application Deadline: June 4, 2023
