Purpose. Highly effective photoadhesive material for gluing foil to printed matter for the implementation of the cold foil stamping process. It can be used as a protective coating for circuits of radio-electronic and cable products.
Specifications. One-component photopolymerizable adhesive material; curing time of the polymer film with UV treatment – 2-3 sec; shelf life of use – at least one year.
Application area. Printing, radio electronics.
Advantages. Cheaper in the manufacture of well-known analogues, reduces the complexity and cost of manufacturing products, has a wider range of uses, provides a significant improvement in product quality without crushing image elements.
Description. A wide range can be applied to printing materials: cardboard, polymeric and metallized films, including heat-sensitive ones. The photoadhesive is applied to printed products by flexographic printing, followed by bonding with foil and UV irradiation through the foil in a single production cycle.
