On August 19, 2024, the Competition of Fundamental Scientific Research Projects, Applied Scientific Research and Scientific and Technical (Experimental) Developments of Young Scientists will start.
The Competition was announced by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated August 16, 2024, No. 1160.
Main points:
- new sections of the Competition that meet the classification of sciences according to the OECD recommendations;
- focus on solving urgent problems of defense, economy, society and restoration of Ukraine;
- the project manager can be a scientific and pedagogical (research) worker, a young scientist working in higher education, a scientific institution at the main place of work and who over the past 12 months has been and worked in the territory of Ukraine for at least 6 months (except for project managers from institutions, who are in the territories temporarily occupied after 02/24/2022);
- the executors (authors) of the project may be persons who are young scientists in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Scientific and Scientific-Technical Activity”;
- preparation of applications begins on August 19, 2024, using forms according to the Regulation;
- submission of applications – through the National Electronic Scientific Information System from September 2, 2024.
Deadline for submitting projects: until September 30, 2024.
