Purpose. The computerized system for diagnostics and control of electronic equipment parameters is designed to solve the following problems: reliability assessment and forecasting, experimental assessment of reliability indicators, taking measures to achieve a given level of reliability by increasing the efficiency of the maintenance strategy by monitoring the parameters of electronic equipment.
Advantages. For the first time, a computer system was proposed based on a mathematical model of the object of control and diagnostics with the definition of failure statistics, which makes it possible to synthesize an optimal program for monitoring their elements due to the consideration of many operators of the process of transition of the system from one state to another in the event of destabilization factors. The computerized method of simulating tests of electronic systems and components based on the Monte Carlo method was further developed, differing from the known ones in the functional decomposition of the simulation process into the following tasks: simulating the statistics of failures of electronic systems and testing the plausibility of hypotheses. The computer method of diagnosing electronic systems and components was further developed, differing from previously known ones in that it takes into account the amount of information and allows determining the onset of entropy of the degradation process of electronic components. The method of reliability assessment of electronic systems and components based on experimental data has been further developed. It differs from the existing ones in that it is based on testing the plausibility of hypotheses, and diagnostics using the Lissaj figure effect reduces the error of the second kind and reduces the cost and time costs of its implementation.
Description. Since sometimes the values of real reliability indicators differ significantly from the predicted estimates, and the methods of diagnostics of electronic equipment do not take into account the Lissaj effect and their specific features, which are of particular importance for the development of theoretical foundations for processing and studying a wide class of signals. Taking into account the Lissaj figure effect in diagnostics and testing of electronic equipment increases the reliability of electronic systems. An important scientific problem was also solved in the work – a model for assessing reliability parameters was developed based on the creation of a technology for processing statistical data of failures of electronic systems.
