Technical properties. Mechanism as a hydraulic motor. The axial piston hydraulic motor “Mitsubishi Heavy Industries” “AMC-30A” is taken as an analogue. Its working volume is 300 cm³/rev, the maximum pressure of the working fluid is 350 kg/cm², the nominal torque is 1220 Nm. The proposed engine, with similar dimensions, has a working volume of 68.4 cm³/rev, at a similar working pressure. fluid, reaching a torque of 2979 Nm.

The principle of operation of the motor is that, theoretically, gas or liquid with high pressure, entering the high-pressure chamber, will press on the piston, and it, through the connecting rod, will rotate the small green impeller, from which the steep shaft energy can be removed. The main goal of this development was to increase the area of working surfaces affected by the working gas or liquid, as well as the rejection of reciprocating mechanisms, which will reduce the pressure of the working gases without losing power, which in turn will reduce fuel consumption, as well as use lighter and cheaper materials in its manufacture. 1. This engine can be used as a vacuum motor to obtain useful mechanical work from the condensation of exhaust water vapor at enterprises such as thermal power plants, nuclear power plants and others. 2. The mechanism can be used as a truck engine, or for small-scale power generation. To achieve power similar to diesel analogs, this mechanism requires pressure in the high-pressure chamber, only 2.3 atmospheres. This pressure will be created by evaporating water in a special compact evaporator, in which hot water will be sprayed on a heated honeycomb. These honeycombs can be heated by burning methane gas or in other ways. 3. The mechanism can be used as a hydraulic motor. It can also be used as a hydraulic pump or compressor. Advantages.
