Pre-incubation treatment of eggs using the BARVA-BROILER unit

Purpose. For pre-incubation irradiation of poultry eggs.

Scope. Poultry farming.

Advantages. The use of pre-incubation treatment of eggs using the developed “Barva-Broiler” devices allows:

  • to increase the hatchability of young poultry by 8-20% depending on the type of bird (chickens, ducks, geese);
  • to increase the synchronicity of hatching to 80-90%;
  • to increase non-specific resistance to pathogens of infectious diseases;
  • to reduce the number of immunizations and reduce the doses of immunopreparations;
  • to accelerate the gain of commercial live weight of poultry by 2-3 days;
  • to improve the quality of poultry meat by reducing the amount of antibiotics and other chemicals used.

This “Barva-Broiler” device has no analogues in the world.

Description. The most promising direction for increasing the hatchability of chickens, synchronizing hatching and increasing natural resistance is pre-incubation treatment of eggs with electromagnetic radiation of the optical spectrum range. The use of light allows increasing hatchability, synchronicity of hatching and viability of hatched young birds, as well as maximally eliminating the use of antibiotics, sulfonamides and other medications that weaken the immune status of birds and reduce product quality indicators. The effectiveness of light exposure is determined by a multiple increase in immunity, and when processing eggs at the embryonic level. Light treatment is a more reliable protection against viral diseases, which is especially important in the prevention of bird flu and, unlike medications and vaccination, increases, rather than weakens their immunity.
