Description. A method for determining the functional capabilities of the human cardiovascular system during physical exertion by measuring the heart rate of the subject before and after a dosed load, characterized in that the subject’s body weight and height are additionally measured, on the basis of which the load power is calculated, and taking into account the pulse value of this load, the system is calculated.
