Brief description, technical and economic parameters of advantages and positive qualities.

The proposed methods for determining the composition and origin of wine and wine products are based on the use of stable isotope analysis (IRMS). Now this method (analysis of the ratio of stable isotopes 2H, 13C, 15N, 18O, 32S and 87Sr / 86Sr using IRMS (Stable Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometry) is one of the most reliable for determining the geographical origin and naturalness of the product, the absence of impurities in it. the method allows enterprises of the agricultural sector to determine the quality of products, their naturalness and authenticity (a product from a specific site (place of cultivation or production) with clearly defined environmental conditions, technological features of management and traditions of the local population). The introduction of research of this level into domestic practice will guarantee “purity” of the product and increase customer confidence, control the quality and conformity of the quantity of products to the potential opportunities of wine-making territories, compete on an equal footing with world wine producers.
