A COMPLEX OF NEW STOCHASTIC-HYDRODYNAMIC AND ATOMIC-DIAGNOSTIC MODELS FOR MONITORING ANTHROPOGENIC POLLUTION OF THE ATMOSPHERE OF INDUSTRIAL CITIES AND “GREEN CITY” TECHNOLOGY

Prospects for further implementation in 2021 – 2022: completed.

Research level: no analogues in Ukraine.

Availability of a patent: no.

What additional actions requires further research: Applied application of the developed complex for industrial cities (regions) with significant anthropogenic loads in the presence of a customer.

Brief characteristics, advantages, further application perspective.

A complex of new nonlinear stochastic-hydrodynamic and optical-diagnostic models has been developed for monitoring and predicting the ecological state and safety of the atmosphere of industrial cities, which forms the theoretical basis for building a fundamentally new technology “Green City”, together with the use of a hierarchy of models of air circulation in the urban development zone, provides reliable and quantitatively correctly defined strategic opportunities for a significant reduction in the anthropogenic (global transport and communication systems, etc.) load on the air basin of industrial cities (regions), the formation of a reliable strategy for managing the processes of urban air pollution as a result of the action of many factors, as well as a number of strategic, including economic measures for the recreation of suburban and urban landscapes of industrial cities (regions) with significant anthropogenic loads.

For the first time in instrumental mesometeorology and urban ecology, a new physical and geographical phenomenon (convective hyperventilation of the air basin of an industrial city) was discovered, associated with the occurrence, under certain conditions, of the effects of intense resonant interaction within urban turbulent eddies with the turbulence that occurs in the subcloud air layer for cloud massifs penetrating into the urban area. and suburban areas.
