Vibrodevice for amber extraction

DESCRIPTION:

The vibration device consists of a vibration exciter, which is attached to the upper ends of the guide rods. The rods are hollow. Biconical vibrating emitters are placed on them with a certain vertical spacing. Each of the vibrating emitters is made with a vertical hole to accommodate a guide rod. Adjacent biconical vibrating emitters of two adjacent vertical axes are vertically displaced by a third of the distance between vibrating emitters located on the same axis. The biconical vibrating emitters are horizontally spaced in such a way that the projections on the horizontal plane of the centers of three adjacent ones form an equilateral triangle. This arrangement allows you to overlap the areas of the vibration emitter. The process of soil liquefaction occurs as follows: rods with biconical vibrating emitters are immersed in the amber-bearing massif by the vibration method while simultaneously supplying water or air through them. The array of vibrating emitters is set in oscillatory motion, thus creating a zone of boiling of the soil. Amber is separated from the massif and floats to the surface under the action of a buoyant force.

ADVANTAGES:

The proposed invention is aimed at solving the problem of reducing the coefficient of adhesion and creating a buoyancy force in the environment where amber lies. The use of this device allows you to completely exclude amber from the deposit and exclude the removal of rock to the surface, reduce the labor intensity of the process and the environmental impact on the environment.

PURPOSE:

The proposed vibrating device can be used for the extraction of amber from amber-bearing deposits.
