Scope of application. Medical institutions in which medical tests will be carried out, as a result of which medical test protocols will be obtained and methodological recommendations for the medical use of the complex developed, which will allow obtaining the OGRN, which gives permission for the use of the product in medical practice and its introduction into production.
Description. Impaired motor function of the gastrointestinal tract underlies the pathogenesis of many diseases (gastroesophageal reflux disease, stomach ulcer, irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, diarrhea, etc.) and often accompanies diseases not associated with the gastrointestinal tract (stroke, heart attack, diabetes, etc.). Also, violations of the motility of the gastrointestinal tract develop in most bedridden patients and underwent surgical interventions on the abdominal organs. If motility is not restored, intestinal paralysis develops, which is often the cause of death. In this regard, the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the motility of the digestive tract is an urgent problem that requires the development of new approaches to solve this problem. We have developed a software and hardware complex that allows you to register and, if necessary, stimulate motor skills. The use of a system for registration of motility as part of the complex and computer analysis with the help of the developed programs allows an objective assessment of the effectiveness of pneumocylinder stimulation and the prescribed treatment with pharmacological drugs. Treatment of postoperative paresis and other diseases of the motor function of the gastrointestinal tract will be carried out by mechanical irritation of the endings of the parasympathetic nerves of the intestine according to a specially developed technique.
