Theoretical foundations of a climatologically optimal strategy for managing water management and reclamation facilities as more complex natural and man-made systems

Research area – ecology.

Purpose. Development of theoretical foundations, development of methods for calculating problem-oriented models for the implementation of a climatologically optimal strategy for managing water management and reclamation facilities to increase their overall environmental and economic efficiency at different levels of decision-making.

Scope of application. Water management and reclamation facilities and complexes, agriculture, environmental protection, energy.

Description. In this work, the development of climatic scenarios is assigned as the basis for solving the problem of managing water management and reclamation facilities on an ecological and economic basis, taking into account weather and climatic conditions, and in our case, it is the development of typical schemes of meteorological regimes using appropriate models. The results obtained are based on modern achievements of natural and technical sciences, on the basis of the widespread use of high-information and computer technologies using the principles of systems analysis.

Technical and economic effect. The use of a variant study and an economic-mathematical approach, taking into account specific natural-agromeliorative conditions for the functioning of a real water-management-reclamation facility, makes it possible to increase the validity of design decisions and the efficiency of capital investments and current reclamation costs by an average of 1.2 … 2.0 times.

Novelty. 5 patents of Ukraine.

Readiness. Ready for implementation.

Cooperation. Joint production, sale, operation. Creation of a joint venture.
