The development is intended for occupational therapy as part of physical rehabilitation activities with simultaneous social and professional retraining of disabled people – training in modern and ethnic massage technologies for further use in the family or for professional activities.
An adapted method of teaching modern and ethnic massage technologies for people with disabilities of various nosological groups and using a prosthetic device to perform massage. “Massage module” is a practical opportunity for social rehabilitation and professional retraining of disabled soldiers.
The developed adapted methodology makes it possible to teach modern and ethnic massage technologies for people with disabilities of various nosological groups. The created prosthetic device “Massage module” can be widely used by disabled people with amputated hands to perform professional massage techniques. Disabled persons with amputation of hands, after completing training according to the adapted method, can carry out procedures of modern and ethnic massage using the prosthetic device “Massage module”. There are no analogues of the presented development.
