The main causes of neurogenic urinary disorders have been established, the main syndromes and symptoms of lesions of the lower urinary tract have been identified depending on acute and chronic diseases of the brain and spinal cord, topical manifestations of lesions and their influence on the occurrence and course of urodynamic patterns. The established facts are the basis for compiling medical programs according to treatment standards and carrying out prospective expenses for the rehabilitation of patients, which will help improve the quality of life, reduce the duration of treatment, social rehabilitation, and reduce treatment costs.
