New methods of using platelet-rich plasma in chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis of the liver, developed and introduced into healthcare practice, correcting fibrotic changes in the liver tissue, inhibiting the activity of inflammation and necrosis of hepatocytes, contribute to a rapid regenerative process. The proposed new additional diagnostic criteria for assessing the severity of the process and the activity of liver regeneration will improve diagnostics, which will significantly reduce the duration of medical and social rehabilitation.
