The sewage treatment device comprises a reservoir with an inlet and outlet trays. Discrete drums are installed inside the tank, each of which is a system of two or more hollow perforated rotating disks with a contact medium rigidly fixed on a horizontal shaft at a distance from each other.
The rotating disks of one discrete drum are staggered relative to the rotating disks of another discrete drum, and the surfaces of the rotating disks of one discrete drum partially overlap the surfaces of the rotating disks of another discrete drum.
A pipe for supplying heated air with holes along the entire length is installed in the lower part of the tank along the entire width from the side of the underwater tray. The inlet and outlet trays of the device are located on opposite sides of the tank parallel to each other, the rotating disks of discrete drums are placed parallel to the direction of water movement and are installed with the possibility of rotation towards each other, while the rotating disks are filled with the contact medium by 85-90%.
The device provides effective wastewater treatment from suspended and soluble organic impurities, regardless of their temperature, operates continuously, self-regeneration of the contact medium takes place, and there is no silting.
The wastewater treatment device ensures the complete capture of all impurities from industrial wastewater, its implementation ensures environmental safety for both personnel and the environment.
