Description. A collection of Black Sea bacteria – producers of biosurfactants (biosurfactants) – has been created. Methods for cultivating associations of marine microorganisms have been developed, and the most effective bacterial consortia for the synthesis of biosurfactants have been proposed. Using the developed methods for mono- and co-cultivation of marine bacteria, 45 samples of biosurfactants were obtained and their biological activity was assessed. An agreement was concluded with the Physicochemical Institute named after. O.V. Bogatskogo NAS of Ukraine on the use of biosurfactants in biotechnology for the production of enantiomers of drugs.
