Description. The proposed method is carried out as follows: sprouts of cereals, legumes, vegetables or nut crops are washed, placed and dried in a condensation-vacuum, sublimation or other similar dryer. Drying is carried out at a temperature below 40°C and a pressure of 100 mm Hg for 12-15 hours. The finished product is unloaded from the dryer, crushed and stored in a given environment. The resulting powder from the sprouts can be added to any dish as a vitamin and mineral supplement to the diet.
